When should you add a Serial Number?
You should add a serial number to your account as soon as you have received it by email. This makes sure that no one else can use it.
From where can you add a serial number to my account?
You can add a serial to your account either:
- from the "Application Licenses > Manage Serials" window
- from any browser on the "Softron License Manager" platform

From the Application "Manage Serials" window
In the "Manage Serials" window, and when signed in, you can add your license(s) by clicking on the “+ Add a Serial Number” next to the Search bar:
In the pop-up that shows up, you can enter your serial number, which was sent to you by email after your purchase was confirmed.
If an error is returned, and you can not add your serial, check the potential explanations in this article.
If successful, the serial will be added to the list and you will be able to activate it simply by clicking on the 'Activate' button. More info on the activation process here.
Note that the window will show all your licenses available in your account. Not only the ones activated on this computer. For example, it can show this:

From a browser, on the "Softron License Manager" Platform
In any browser, you can access the "Softron License Manager" Platform.
From there you can also add a serial:
In that pop-up, you can enter your serial number, which was sent to you by email after your purchase was confirmed.
